Seasonal rates may apply. Extra charges may be levied e.g. for late check out.
- Check-in: Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early/late check-in and /or check-out is by arrangement.
- Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter the equivalent of one nights stay will be charged.
- Credit Card guarantees:
Reservations require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. Cancellations up 48 hours before the booked date incur no fee. After this time a charge may be incurred.
- Changes in reservation term:
Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.
All units are non smoking. Ashtrays are provided outside the unit, please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests. In the event of someone having smoked in the unit a charge of $200 will apply.
The registered guest is responsible for all persons/visitors whilst on the property. Any damage and any costs associated will be charged to the registered guest.
- Overdue Accounts:
All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.
